Sophia requires a credit card on file with a 50% deposit for all scheduled appts. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! This is non-negotiable. If you do not have a credit card then you may zelle or venmo your deposit to secure your appointment.

~CANCELLATIONS~

THERE IS A 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR A PENALTY FREE CANCELATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENTS

Clients cancelling appointments with less than 24-hour notice WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THEIR SERVICE FEE AND A $50 FEE.

NO EXCEPTIONS ❌️

~NO SHOW~

If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointments, you will be subject to pay the full amount of the base menu price.

Clients with No Shows on more than one occasion must pre-pay, in full, for any services that they would like to schedule.

Canceling more than 3 executive times in a row will allow the system to red 🚩 your name and disable your booking ability.

~NO CHILDREN~

🚷CHILD POLICY~ For everyone's safety, we kindly request that our clients make childcare arrangements. Your child may only visit our salon if they are being serviced. Due to limited seating, we ask that you also refrain from bringing additional guests to your appointment.

We try to keep a well-paced schedule. All clients will be permitted a 15 min grace period when late for their appointment. Any delays over 15 minutes will be subject to RESCHEDULE!

Private sessions and/or house calls are available, for an additional charge.
